At KAMM Chocolate USA, we harvest exclusively from ancient cacao trees native to Esmeraldas, Ecuador, home to some of the world’s finest Fino de Aroma cacao. These heirloom varieties are naturally rich in antioxidants, amino acids, and rare aromatic compounds that cannot be replicated by modern hybrid cacao.
